Intro and Policies✨ Hi loves 🥰I’m very excited to be apart of your lash journey. Lash extensions are the perfect way to make you feel even more like that girl 💅. It is super important to be educated and mindful about lash extensions, especially if you are considering making an appointment. You MUST throughly read through this booking policy before making an appointment, and know that if you have absolutely any questions, comments, or concerns do not hesitate to contact me! I cannot wait to meet you.🥰 Booking Policies - 🤍When booking your appointment, there is a card hold requirement. You are not charged for anything at the time of booking, the hold is just for security purposes in case of no show appointments. -🤍 Your contact information must be updated and accurate, in case I try to contact you regarding any appointments. - 🤍You may cancel/reschedule your appointment anytime before business 48 hours before your appointment, no penalty at all. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee, and the card processing fee. -🤍 If your appointment is not confirmed at least 2 hours prior after trying to contact you, your appointment may be canceled or considered a no- show. -🤍No show appointments result in a fee of 50% of the service , and card processing fees. -🤍Reoccurring no shows/last minute cancellations result in having to pay a deposit, or no longer being able to book with Jai Lashes. How to Arrive to your appointment: - 🤍Arrive with a bare face; avoid oil based product, mascara , makeup, strip lashes for 24 hours before your appointment. - 🤍Do NOT arrive with contacts in. Be prepared to have an alternative, as you may not wear them for 24 hours after your appointment. - 🤍 If you have any specific health concerns regarding your EYES, lashes, or anything that could potentially put you at risk for anything during your appointment please let me know. - 🤍If you put a card on file that has insufficient funds in case of no show appointments, you will be required to pay the no show fee and a deposit in order to book an appointment again. If you do not pay the fee in a timely manner, you may no longer book with Jai Lashes. -🤍Reoccurring no shows/ last minutes cancellations result is no longer being able to book with Jai Lashes. Late Policy: - 🤍Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee, and after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. Fill policy: - 🤍You are ONLY eligible for a fill if you have about 50% of lashes remaining or if you arrive BEFORE 3 weeks. Booking at 3 weeks or after for a fill may result in your appointment being up-charged, and cancelled or rescheduled. - 🤍 You must conduct proper eyelash extensions care , and especially if you would like to keep them on long term. If you are not caring for the extensions properly you may be refused service for the best interest of your natural lashes health. -🤍 I do not accept foreign fills. Booking your appointment requires you to abide by all policies and agree to any terms set. As a licensed professional, I will conduct any and all procedures properly, safely, sterilized, within an timely manner, and to the best of my ability. Lash extensions could potentially cause slight complications, especially to individuals with sensitive eyes. If you are booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and you understand that redness, slight irritation, a slight burning sensation, allergic reactions , or eye related complications may occur.As a licensed professional ,I am not responsible for health related expenses in any rare extreme case. You must agree to let me know if you are feeling anything uncomfortable or concerning so I may do the best I can to ensure you are having a positive experience.

Cancellation Policy

Any late cancellation appointments will be charged a fee of 35% of your total. No show appointments are 50%.
